RATES
We start with a FOC no obligation meeting in person or electronically to go through your requirements and discuss how VA Jayne can help you. We talk through what would best help the position of your business as it is now, including any time scales that you may have. We can tweak hours to suit as our work together progresses.
Every invoice raised is checked for being received by your customer & scheduled for payment. Any late invoice payments are progressed. If you already have an existing list of bad debtors, these too can be addressed. The service is always offered in a professional, approachable and friendly manner.
HOURLY RATE
£35.00
Working remotely from my office. Reports issued to you with the latest information on payment updates sent on an agreed frequency such as each day worked, weekly, monthly.
The hourly rate includes all calls made to your customers, information updates to accountancy software, updating you with urgent information as it happens as well as access to me via the telephone or email.
DAY RATE
£245.00
Travel to your office location and work the day within your company undertaking Invoice Management.
CONSULTANCY FEE
£1500.00 Per Session
Sessions can be offered to an individual or a group of people. An interactive presentation which encourages opening up about telephone conversations, forging working relationships and the right questions to ask, key information required for invoices and what is required to be put onto your accountancy software package, follow ups, steps for advising legal action will be taken and then when to go legal. How to constructively and effective handle more tricky clients.
Please note that any travel & accommodation expenses are not included in the fees outlined above and are in addition. These are agreed in advance.
